Starting with a given term from the thesaurus this request returns the term
hierarchy (broader/narrower terms). Results may be directed "upwards" or "downwards" and
restricted to a given depth. Due to the structure of the available vocabulary, this service
is only applicable to thesaurus descriptors in German language today.

Description of Parameters
root: Topic ID of the root term for the requested hierarchy.
Also supported is the notion of "toplevel" in which case the top terms of the
thesaurus will be used as root. The Topic ID may have been determined by findTopics or taken
from an external metadata reference.
direction: downwards means tracking the narrower terms, upwards the broader.
depth:depth of the requested hierarchy. Default is 1, which results in one level of children/parents only.
siblings: If "include siblings" all the siblings of each Topic in the hierarchy will be returned even if they do not belong to the hierarchy themselves.
submit: generates a service request over http GET. The response conforms to the XML Topic Maps format. Return to this Web form using the "back" function of your browser.
